SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

Rules for ready-to-ship products.

ITALY

Shipping to Italy is free. The estimated delivery time is 1-4 working days.

Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. To keep track of the status of your shipment you will receive an e-mail or SMS (depending on the address provided by you for this purpose) with the tracking number.

EU

The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. For customers outside the EU, charges, customs taxes and any other incidental expenses (where required) will be borne by the buyer or recipient. The expected delivery times are 5 working days; however, the maximum period is 30 working days (the time may also vary depending on the customs service). Shipments will be tracked. To keep track of the status of your shipment, you will receive an e-mail or SMS (depending on the address provided by you for this purpose) with the tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping costs will be calculated during the check-out phase. Any additional costs (customs and similar taxes) will be borne by the recipient or buyer. Deliveries will be made in 7/25 working days, and in any case within 40 working days (the period is also variable depending on customs times). Shipments will be tracked.
