Returns

You can make a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

It is essential that the product subject to an exchange or return be in perfect condition, with no obvious signs of use; otherwise, the exchange or return will not be possible.

To initiate the return procedure you must send an email to: administration@meltedproject.com specifying the order number of the product to be returned.

We will contact you as soon as possible to provide instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for the protection of both parties and tell us the shipper's name and tracking number. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming the risks of choosing not to use an untracked carrier. If the item is lost by the carrier, a refund will not be made.

Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned product, after checking the conformity of the returned product we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded using the original payment method. Please remember that the bank or credit card company may take some time to process and record the refund.

Damage and defects

We carefully check the quality of each product before shipping.

However, please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately at: administration@meltedproject.com if the item is faulty, if the packaging is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the problem together to find a solution to your satisfaction.
